With this year's charity donation, we support the Kindernothilfe. Since its foundation in 1959, this organization has grown into one of the largest children's rights organizations in Europe. It is currently working with nearly 2 million children and adolescents in 697 projects in 33 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe - eg. AIDS orphans, children with disabilities, street children and child laborers. The aim of its work is to enable girls and boys in the poorest regions of the world a decent life.
We were commissioned by an existing client for a workshop on supplier management. In the future, the focus should be on holistic supplier management. For this, our Executive Partner and the employees involved conduct workshops on the "Mindset Change" of the shift. This positively supports change management and successfully implements it through practical examples.

The lubricant supplier is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, but would like to upgrade to the IATF 16949 quality management system (QMS). One challenge was to quickly turn the supplier's situation around in project management by industrializing the manufacturing process, therefore, reducing the high levels of scrap that caused delivery problems, so that perfect deliveries will be achieved again in the future.
We were commissioned by an automobile manufacturer to analyze the actual situation of the delivery performance of a supplier. It turned out that increased delivery reliability was no longer achieved, due to increased number of orders. Our initiated relocation activity in the operational area has improved delivery performance to 80%. Further measures are currently being implemented to achieve 100% again.
